Kern 130 - Rotary Cutting Module

We all want to make the cut but few succeed without a Kern 130.This high performance rotary cutter utilizes precision scissor action technology to fulfill all of your wishes. Because the transport of paper is adjustable, it is possible to cut tracks of paper with or without pinfeed. Furthermore, the advanced cutting technology makes it possible to vary the distance between crosscuts dynamically while the cutter is running. Thus, depending upon whether one or two up material is being processed, each sheet or series of sheets can be cut to a different length. Very clever and not at all complicated. The cutting distance is regulated variably through the reading of separation marks or by quickly entering a different document size via the color touch screen.

Quick and quiet!
150 meters per minute? That does not pose a problem for the Kern 130. But if you think that such a high speed should create a lot of noise, then you are mistaken. Even when it is running at maximum speed, you can barely hear the Kern 130, thanks to its low noise emissions. And, as is only fitting for a Kern, the exchange of information with other modules takes place discretely via synchronized controls and a communication interface.
