Kern 110 - Roll Rewinder

This module offers everything that you could possibly want in an ultramodern roll rewinder: The precise control of torque ensures optimal rewinding quality. The integrated paper buffer is equipped with a five-roller dancer system. Paper tension is automatically reduced by a timer-controlled dancer lift. An automated lifter makes it easy to unload full rolls of paper. The module is electronically synchronized and capable of communicating with all types of printing systems. Moreover, with the Kern 110 you can take a big step in either direction, for it winds both clockwise and anticlockwise.

A color touch screen provides for simple operation – and thanks to the module’s outstanding ergonomic design and the user-friendly handling that it affords, work with the Kern 110 always proceeds smoothly and efficiently. And provisions have even been made for the future. At any time, the module can be modified to form a Kern 115 Runwinder – an unwinder and a rewinder combined in one device.
